I first came in 1991 when he was 19 to help build and manage Cabinas Flor de Esterillos in Esterillos Este which belongs to his aunt. After 2 years in the country I went back to Montreal where I started my own restaurant bistro which I owned for 10 years making it one of the most succesfull Bistro’s of the Montreal northern suburb. Once I sold my restaurant, I was hired by SYSCO foods wich was my major distributor at the restaurant. Throughout my 9 year carreer at SYSCO as a foodservice consultant I won different titles such as Toarchbearer for the year 2008 for best rep, and sales up to 3 million dollars. I always wanted to go back to Costa Rica so I did the move with my lovely wife and daughter 4 years ago, and now spend my time in real estate and condo managment. I speak fluent english, french and spanish.
